No, you will not need a separate login. While we do have agreements to provide compliance documents to districts with certain distributors it would not be necessary to sign up again.

Yes! You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. Annual billing saves you about 17% compared to monthly payments. When you switch, your new billing period will start at the end of your current period.

Pro Free is our forever-free tier that lets you browse our entire product database, view nutritional information, and save up to 50 products. To download CN Labels, PFS documents, and generate compliance reports, you'll need to upgrade to Pro Standard or Pro Enterprise.

Yes, we offer NET 30 invoice payment for districts that prefer purchase orders over credit card payments. This option is available for all paid plans. Contact us or select "Invoice" during checkout to set this up.

Yes! Pro Standard and Pro Enterprise subscribers can export unlimited product data, nutritional information, and compliance documents in Excel, CSV, or PDF formats. Enterprise customers also get custom field mapping to match your specific software's import requirements.

Pro+ is $999 per year, billed as $83.25 per month annually. This is our single subscription option aligned with school district budgeting cycles. You can pay via credit card or invoice. All subscriptions are annual only—we don't offer monthly billing.

School districts budget and operate on annual cycles with fiscal year planning. Annual subscriptions align with how you actually work, ensure uninterrupted access through your entire administrative review cycle, and keep costs predictable for budgeting. We also lock in your rate for a full year with no mid-year price adjustments.

Yes, all subscriptions auto-renew annually. For invoiced subscriptions: we send renewal notices 30 days before expiration (via email). To cancel, notify us at least 30 days before renewal. This allows our accounts receivable department enough time to process the cancellation before sending the renewal notice.

Yes. Based on USDA 7 CFR 210.14 and 2 CFR 200, Meal Pattern Pro qualifies as allowable because it's necessary for compliance, reasonable in cost, directly allocable to the nutrition program, and properly documented. It's a meal pattern compliance documentation tool (not nutrient analysis), so it doesn't require USDA software approval. Document the purpose as: "Meal pattern compliance documentation for administrative reviews and meal crediting." However, if you have any questions or concerns about allowable costs to the non-profit food service account, please reach out to you state agency field specialist.

Submit a Product Request from your dashboard (available to Free Forever and Pro+ users). Provide product name, manufacturer, product number, and details. Our admin team reviews and works to add it. Track status (pending, approved, rejected). If the product exists, we will find it.

Free Forever: browse unlimited products, but save up to 20 to your profile. Pro+: unlimited saved products. When you reach your 20-product save limit on Free Forever, you'll see an upgrade prompt. Upgrade to Pro+ instantly to save unlimited products and unlock document access.

You can browse all 1,800+ products without limit, but can only save 20 to your profile on Free Forever. When you reach your limit, you'll receive an upgrade message. You can continue browsing and searching all products, but can't save new ones until you upgrade. Simply click "Upgrade to Pro+" to get unlimited saved products and document access immediately.

Pro+ subscribers: Go to School Dashboard → Reports section → click "Generate Report". Select your saved products and Meal Pattern Pro creates a professional, branded PDF with all product info, CN Labels, nutrition facts, allergen data, and compliance documentation. Reports include confidentiality protection for administrative review submissions.

Every school district is assigned a unique 7-digit account number. This account number appears on all your compliance reports and invoices. You can find it on your School Profile page.

Absolutely! Any school or district participating in federal child nutrition programs can subscribe: independent schools, parochial/religious schools, charter schools, private schools in USDA programs, CACFP sponsors, and public school districts. One $999/year subscription covers your entire organization.

Log in and go to School Profile. Update district information, contact details, program types (NSLP, SBP, SFSP, etc.), food distributor info, software provider, and other settings. Your account number is displayed here too.

Yes. We use: HTTPS encryption, Replit Auth for secure authentication, role-based access control, and Replit Object Storage for secure document storage with signed URLs. Compliance reports include confidentiality protection. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

School districts using Pro+ can rate and review products on a 5-star scale with written comments. All users can view the ratings and review count, but only Pro+ subscribers can read full reviews and submit their own. This peer-to-peer feedback helps the nutrition community identify reliable products and manufacturers. Reviews are public and searchable.

Filter products by common allergens: dairy, gluten, nuts, soy, eggs, fish, shellfish, wheat. Available to all users. Pro+ subscribers get advanced filtering combined with other search criteria for precise product discovery.
